Returns and Refunds

1. What's the return and refund policy?

If you change your mind before receiving your product or within 30 days afterwards, we're here to help with a refund or a return. Your trust and support mean everything to us, and we strive for customer satisfaction in every step of the way.


2. What's your warranty on Palatti products?

Our products come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Should any issues arise with your Palatti product, please contact us at customer@palatti.com with details and we will help resolve the issue.


3. What if my product is damaged?

We're sincerely sorry for any inconvenience. The fragile nature of porcelain and complexities of international shipping sometimes lead to such incidents. Please handle broken porcelain carefully to avoid injury and dispose of them according to local regulations for sharp objects. Contact us with a photo or video of the damage and your purchase proof at customer@palatti.com. We'll respond within 24 hours on business days and arrange a free replacement, covering the shipping costs.


4. How do I request a refund?

To initiate a refund, please email us at customer@palatti.com with your request and proof of purchase. We'll respond within 24 hours on business days. For orders not yet shipped, we'll process your refund within two weeks, returning the full amount we actually received. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please note, any third-party fees, such as bank or platform charges, should be addressed according to their policies. If the product has already been shipped, we will proceed according to our return policy.


5. How do I make a return?

For returns, please email customer@palatti.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and have your proof of purchase ready. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ensure your return includes the original order# and RMA#. Processing of exchanges or refunds may take up to 2 weeks after we receive your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you're responsible for return shipping charges, except in cases of product defects where we'll cover the costs. We recommend packing items securely and using a trackable shipping method as Palatti isn't liable for damages during return shipping.
